  • What do I do if we are on holiday when the A level results come out?

We strongly advise all students to ensure they are not on holiday for results, especially for A2 results as they will need to respond to university offers/declines. However, if it is unavoidable a student should phone us at the Sixth Form at 10am on results day (19th August 2010) on 01642 304550. Alternatively if the student wants to leave his/her mobile number we can text through results if we are given advanced warning. The important thing is to ensure the Yr 13 student has access to the internet on the day of the results. The universities actually receive the results a week before us, and UCAS will send emails to students regarding the confirmation of places that morning. Students will have to reply to confirm they are taking up a place.
