Interact Club

Nunthorpe School decided to set up an Interact Club to become part of a global youth network dedicated to community and international service. The club is sponsored and advised by Rotary North East.

Interact’s name is a combination of the words international and action. With clubs in over 120 countries and geographical areas, Interact if truly an international phenomenon we are proud to be a part of.

Our local commitment is to a charity called ‘Step Together’ who work with children with severe difficulties offering conductive education based on the Petro System of rehabilitation.

Our international commitment is to support the international disaster relief charity that provides and delivers shelter boxes that give warmth and dignity to people affected by disaster worldwide.

If you would like to become involved in this club or would like more information please contact Mrs Janet Ball Director of Student Leadership via jball@nunthorpe.co.uk.
