Last week, we came together to celebrate Black History Month, a time to honour the achievements, culture, and contributions of Black people throughout history and today.
We were proud to hear from two Year 11 Students, Hannah, who shared what Black History Month means to her, reminding us of the importance of recognising and celebrating identity, resilience, and pride.
We were also inspired by Amirah, who spoke about her Great Grandmother, a member of the Windrush Generation, and the incredible legacy she left behind.
